Delivery Charges
UK – We offer free shipping nationwide.
ROW – All international orders will be subject to a €25 delivery charge.
General Orders
We aim to despatch all general orders within 5 to 7 working days after a processing time of 1 - 3 working days. However, we politely ask you to bear with us during times of high demand – including, but not limited to drop days, holidays and sales periods.
Custom Orders
Naturally, you’ll have to wait a little longer to receive your customer orders – they’re handmade after all! Hence, we kindly ask for your patience for up to 4 - 6 weeks.
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered products will be subject to our usual shipping procedure; which means they’ll be dispatched 4 to 5 weeks after release day. If we experience any delays, we will inform you via email.
Returns
We do not offer any refunds unless the product was delivered damaged. However we do offer exchanges and store credit.
If you’re looking to return a product, your item must:
- be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
- have all original tags attached.

Please note that we are not liable for any parcels that go missing by the courier.
All refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 working days.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns service at this moment in time.
